What personal information will we collect and how will we use your personal information

Being a company specializing in industrial services, we process your personal information to initiate business relationships, to comply with legal and contractual obligations, to execute contracts, to offer products and services as well as to strengthen the customer-relationship, which may include analyses for marketing and direct marketing purposes.

Leadec is interested in maintaining our customer relationship with you and to provide you information and offers concerning our products, services, activities, events and company news. Therefore, we are processing your personal information, i.e. name, email address and telephone number (optional), to the permissible extent, for sending you according information and offers.

 

If you should not wish to be addressed by such content, you are entitled to contradict the processing of your personal information for purposes of direct marketing. Such would also apply for a profiling, if such would be related to direct marketing. Should you declare to contradict as before, we will no longer use your personal information for the according purposes.

Our website offers a contact form, which may be used to contact us electronically. Should you launch an inquiry via the contact form, we will process the personal information you enter into the contact form to contact you concerning your inquiry.

How do we process children’s personal information

Our products, website and services are mainly adult oriented. No child is allowed to create his/her own account without the consent of his/her parents or custodian.

 

Despite of different definitions of a child under local laws and customs, we treat anyone under 14 years old as a child.

 

If we find that we have collected children’s personal information without prior proven consent of the parents or custodians, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
